High position de-palletizer are mainly used for empty bottles (tin cans, glass bottles, etc.). It mainly consists of conveying line, suction insert plate, unloading mechanism, main frame, stack receiver, bottle net chain, single column storage insert plate and etc.
1. The conveyor line is driven by chain, the movement is stable and reliable, and more than two products can be pre-stored in the position.
2. The equipment has a clip and suction insert plate device, which can make the automatic de-palletizing, and the empty can de-palletizers automatic collects the insert plate and pallet after the de-palletization is completed.
3. The whole machine is controlled by PLC linkage control, with the touch-screen operating system, it is very easy and convenient to operate, and it can handle exception problem quickly.
