Product Description
The drop-type case packer which is produced by Peiyu is an intelligent automatic case packer machine.The machine
has a top in-feed structure to save space. The machine is suitable for glass bottles,plastic bottles and a variety of round or square bottles and other regular bottles, the max packing rate is 14 times per minute. The cardboard entry uses cushioning devices to supply cardboard flexible, the moving track of cardboard is gentle and move speed high. This machine is controlled by PLC and HMI.and equipment operation and maintenance very easy. And it has bottle shortage alarm. If the machine does not has bottles, it will be automatic shutdown, no bottle and no case safe configuration, greatly facilitates operation,reduces production worker management and labor intensity, And the machine is one of the preferred models for automatic food packaging.
Wrap-around case packer is to organize and arrange the conveyed bottles into the specified form, then convey them to the case provided by the case supplying device, and then move them horizontally to form the automatic packaging process such as forming, gluing, sealing, and so on on the left and the right side.
