The full automatic crate trolley is one of the indispensable important equipment in production line which is connected between the loading and unloading cage basket machine and the sterilization retort. The mechanical trolley can be connected with all kinds of retorts. It has the characteristics of highly automated, accurate positioning, unmanned control, transport smooth and high efficient. This trolley is one of the proprietary equipment of our products.
The full automatic crate trolley has cherry-pick function, and according to the opcrating conditions of each sterilization retort, the choice to maximize efficiency. The positioning system of the trolley uses sick's bar code and
code reading system, the positioning accuracy reaches millimeter level. The roller drive matched with the bar code
and accurate transmissiontechnology of running wheel chain make the trolley matches retorts and loading and
unloading basket machine docking accuracy. It makes the fully automatic production line become possible.
