Fully Automatic Robotic Single Column Palletizer for Boxes Unloading
The single-column palletizing machine is composed of an acceleration belt, a steering stacking roller, a case arrangement table, a column, a beam, a pallet divider and a roller conveyor, and it is suitable for stacking various packages such as carton, plastic case, shrink film package or other packaging pieces.
The workflow, the machine is automatically stack the cartons on the pallet layer by layer according to the pre designed stack type. Under the combined action of single column lifting mechanical structure and pushing box structure stacking to a specified height and the cartons stack is passed through the roller conveyor line moved to the forklift and transported to the warehouse for storage. This kind of machine controlled by PLC and touch screen, realize high degree of automation, simple, easy to master, small floor space, high palletizing efficiency, low failure rate and convenient maintenance.
