This equipment is specially used for screw capping of aluminum bottle cans. The max capacity is 600 BPM. This technology fills the gap in domestic industry. The designing lessons from the advanced technology concepts of Europe and Japan, and is in the leading level in the seal industry.
The position of rinsing, filling and capping are controlled by independent servo motor, reduce the gap by gear transmission. It greatly improves the stability of bottle cans transition from rinsing to filling to capping.
The washer machine uses bottleneck self-locking clamp mechanism, which has little clamping force but does not drop. The rinse mechanism is designed with two independent channels. It is suitable for rinse beverage bottle cans use different concentrations liquid or media at the same time. It has no bottles suspended water function, don't need to install water upper cover. It can eliminate the effect of volatilization of bactericidal components of washing unit in filling environment.
Filling valve has reflux and anti-splash function, at the beginning of producing or before shutdown, the valve reflux can guarantee system temperature requirement, and achieve fast producing and avoid liquid materiel discharge before start on, and improve equipment efficiency, product yield and save production cost. Reflux filling mode avoids the influence of foam on filling volume, and the air in the bottle does not enter the material cylinder, which reduces the risk of secondary material pollution.
The screwhead is small and exquisite and the accuracy is easy to control. Torsion spring type side pressure structure has wide range of pressure regulation and avoids cup breakage. The capping machine adopts double cam structure, two times screw capping has been specially design aim at aluminum bottle cans characteristics. By controlling internal pressure, thread depth and the countersink depth, it not only ensures the tightness of the screw cap of aluminum bottle cans, but also ensures that the opening torque of the product is within the standard rage.
