Product Description
Main Characteristics:
1. Smooth and reliable delivery, using synchronous tracking control between bottle conveyor and host machine or with the host or on-line control between the up and downstream equipments, so that the bottles will not be brought down, stopped, and blocked in the delivery process.
2. The conveyor belt structure is designed as a modular, interchangeable, compact structure, low noise, convenient maintenance, and it is suitable for different bottle types;
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and reasonable. In order to prevent the bottles' squeeze in the conveying process, especially the control between high-speed line and bottles conveying line, it adopts chain control with easy interoperate control; The control elements have proximity switch, photocell, sensor; There are many kinds of control method, to put forward practical control methods according to different design requirements, for the purpose of smooth delivery;
4. Control switches' position can be customized for user's convenience;
5. The main structural components are stainless steel (SUS304) with side panel's thickness at 2.5mm;
6. The main electrical components are from inovance, etc.
7. Conveyor's trunking is made by stainless steel 304 with thickness at1mm;
8. The entire line is equipped with lubricant-saving tank, of which its material is made by 1.0mm stainless steel (SUS304), to ensure lubricant 's effective recycling.

In 2008, we successfully developed spc-t15A BOPP hot melt labeler, spc-sorl series (linear and rotary) labeler with speed ranging from 150 to 600 bottles per minute, spc-sw automatic (high, medium and low speed) PE film packing machines, wrap around caser, carton packing machines, carton erector and sealer, palletizing system through absorbing foreign advanced technology and experience.
Our company complies with ISO9001: 2008 quality management system, we have also passed TUV certificate and CE certificate. The electrical accessories we use on our machines all premium brands, such as: Siemens, omron, mitsubishi, yaskawa, Panasonic, schneider, etc.
