Automatic Wrap Around Case Packer

The PEIYU Automatic Wrap Around Case Packer is designed for high-speed secondary packaging of PET bottles, glass bottles and metal cans. It automatically groups products, feeds flat cartons, wraps and folds the carton, and completes case forming with adhesive application.

Suitable for round, square and flat bottles, the machine supports flexible packing configurations and speeds of up to 80 packs/min, depending on product size and packaging format.

How the Wrap Around Case Packer Works?
Step 1 - Carton Feeding
Flat cartons are automatically separated and transferred from the carton magazine.

Step 2 - Product Grouping
Bottles or cans are automatically grouped according to the preset packing pattern.

Step 3 - Product & Carton Combining
The grouped products are accurately positioned with the carton blank.

Step 4 - Folding & Adhesive Application
The carton is folded around the products while adhesive is applied to the designated areas.

Step 5 - Case Forming
The carton is pressed and formed into a finished case for downstream conveying and palletizin

5.Main components of the equipment and description of the process flow for Wrap Around Case Packer:
5.1 The equipment mainly consists of a rack, bottle feeding conveyor, pressure control module conveyor or pressure control single-row independent conveyor, product grouping, bottle pushing parts, cardboard buffer area, cardboard conveyor section, cardboard supply transfer parts, cardboard slope conveyor section, cardboard folding and forming transition section, lower side spraying and forming section, upper side spraying and forming section, operation box and electrical cabinet, etc.
The cardboard is placed on the cardboard buffer conveyor chain plate manually and conveyed to the slotting lifting area.
The cardboard on the lifting slotting is separated piece by piece by the vacuum suction cup. The separated cardboard is sent to the cardboard slope conveyor section by the synchronous belt and sent to the junction with the product; the product is conveyed to the grouping area, and after grouping, the product enters the bottle pushing area at an equal distance and is sent to the junction with the cardboard. After the product is combined with the cardboard, it enters the forming area through folding and spraying to complete the automatic wrapping process.
