Automatic loading and unloading crates machine mainly applies to loading and unloading tin cans when sterilizing process, which is matched with sterilization retort. The machinery of the device consists of loading crates system, unloading crates system, inserting plates transport system, crates turnaround conveying system and full cans conveyor system, etc.
Firstly, the cage basket conveyor sends the cage frame to the cage loading station under the cage loading main machine, the hydraulic lifting platform raises the cage frame base plate to the height of the cage loading conveyor line, and the automatic suction and release partition mechanism sucks a partition plate to be placed on the top of the base plate. The bottle conveyor line sends the products to the cage conveying line, and the products are divided into layer by layer by the bottle pressing device, the bottle holding and transferring mechanism holds a whole layer of the divided products and sends them to the cage frame partitions, the hydraulic lifting platform descends by one layer, and repeats the cycle of action until the whole frame of the products is finished loading. This system is automatically controlled by PLC to save labor and greatly improve production efficiency.
