    The detection system is mainly composed of man-machine interface, differential belt, weighing detection unit and rejector, in which the weight sensor is the core component of the equipment; the man-machine interface includes touch screen, tower lamp and operation interface; the rejector is the actuator of the system, which is used to reject the unqualified products.

Main Features
1. This equipment contains separation area, checking weight area, rejecting area, NG product temporary storage area, scanning area, industrial computer, photoelectric sensor, power transportation and other parts;

2. The scanner reads the product data and transmits it to the computer control system, which automatically calls up the checking weight parameters in the database, checks the weight automatically, rejects the NG products automatically, and transfers the qualified products to the next process automatically;

3. the conveying speed can be adjusted, the detection weight range can be customized, the upper and lower weight limit parameters can be set according to the need, high detection accuracy, high speed, high degree of automation, suitable for factory assembly line in large quantities of products weighing detection.
