Equipment composition:

The heat shrink film packaging machine is mainly composed of four parts: bottle feeding conveyor, main unit part, heat shrink furnace, and film feeding cart. The main unit part includes the following structural components: machine frame, bottle separating conveyor, bottle separating group, bottle pushing group, large belt conveyor group, small belt conveyor group, main drive group, film cutting group, film lifting group, film pulling group, film feeding group, and operation screen. The heat shrink furnace includes the following structural components: heating furnace channel, furnace bottle conveying chain, safety protection door, and exit cooling conveyor group.

 

Processing steps:

The packaging process begins with the inlet bottle feeding conveyor evenly distributing products into each channel while detecting for missing bottles. Products are then precisely arranged into the required configuration by a dual-servo bottle separating mechanism. The bottle pushing rod mechanism transfers them onto the film lifting belt. Simultaneously, the film roll unwinds through a splicing mechanism (enabling hot-splicing during roll changes) from the unwinding device, then routes via a tensioning mechanism to the feeding/cutting unit. As products advance, film is synchronously fed from beneath. The film lifting mechanism completes wrapping on the lifting belt, after which the small belt conveyor transports wrapped products into the heat shrink tunnel for final processing.

Technical Features:

The heat shrink film packaging machine produced by our company has the characteristics of simple operation, wide application range, and good sealing performance. It adopts an integrated modular design, and each component is easy to maintain. The whole machine adopts a full servo motor control system, which ensures precise positioning, synchronization, stability, and reliability. The movable operation panel uses a human-machine interface for operation, displaying various operating conditions. The vibration buffer bottle feeding and separating method prevents bottle jamming and squeezing, ensuring smooth conveying. The unique film unwinding and cutting device provides constant tension film conveying, allowing simple and convenient adjustment of film length, and features a unique color film positioning device. The film overlaps at the bottom of the packaging, ensuring firm and reliable packaging. Our packaging machine's heating furnace achieves perfect and effective heat shrinkage. The temperature controller uses a digital display with built-in PID function, providing sensitive and precise temperature sensing, and can be set freely.

 

 The bottle feeding conveyor is responsible for transporting products to the bottle separating mechanism. The conveyor belt uses Regina 610 series mesh belt, and its fully enclosed top design provides excellent product support, preventing bottle tipping and ensuring durability. The small-pitch mesh chain is more conducive to smooth product transition at the conveyor end. The inlet adopts a micro-vibration bottle separating method, which can smoothly guide products into separate channels and effectively prevent bottle jamming. The bottle feeding conveyor is divided into two sections: the front conveyor and the rear conveyor, which effectively alleviates feeding pressure and maintains a pressure-free conveying relationship with the main unit, facilitating bottle group separation.
