SPC-2000 Steam Shrinking Tunnel is used to couple with sleeve shrinking labeler.
This new-style steam shrinking tunnel is easy to deal with different and irregular round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles, etc. It is even in shrinking, also, this machine is easy to maintain and repair.
Low-pressure steam sprays out in an even manner. The nozzle is divided into three adjustable segments and the height, position and steam-spraying of every segment can be adjusted respectively so as to gain the perfect shrinking effect. The whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat-preservation device, which not only saves energy, but also complies with the international safety standard. The stainless steel de-frosting tray collects condensed water. The whole machine adopts the water-proof design with the convenience of easy operation and low maintenance.
Based on our original design, a more energy-saving double-layer heat-preserving tunnel is optional for customers' choice.
